THE FIRM JOSE LUIS WAS BORN IN 1957 WITH THE OPENING OF AN ESTABLISHMENT IN THE EMBLEMATIC CALLE SERRANO DE MADRID.

Subsequently, the desire of JOSÉ LUIS customers to bring this quality cuisine to their homes, to their celebrations, and in general to any type of social event, made possible the birth of the JOSÉ LUIS CATERING.
Already in 1993, in view of the growth in the demand for food in the workplace, the JOSÉ LUIS GROUP created the special service of COLLECTIVITIES. A service that brings the quality cuisine characteristic of JOSÉ LUIS to company restaurants.

THAT SMALL LOCAL BECOME THE FASHIONABLE PLACE OF THE TIME.
A place where they will meet -according to the great writer Emilio Romero- “writers, artists, relevant social world, politicians, bankers and people of the serene or exciting professions”, seduced by the exquisite pinchos and by the relaxed atmosphere of gathering that it is generated around them.
The success of that experience propitiated the expansion of JOSÉ LUIS with the opening of new breweries and restaurants in Madrid and in other parts of the Spanish geography. Establishments that always follow the philosophy of their founder: simple cuisine based on quality products and attentive service in which every detail is pampered.

But the work of the JOSÉ LUIS GROUP, understanding the importance of all the elements that ensure good food, has been extended to all areas of the hospitality industry: from the training and recycling of professionals, to the upbringing, production and marketing of wine from his Bodegas Mocén in Rueda, etc.
Today, with half a century of history, the JOSÉ LUIS GROUP is one of the most recognized hospitality groups in Spain. And although more than one hundred awards reward its various activities, the most important thing for the JOSÉ LUIS GROUP continues to be to have the trust and loyalty of its customers.
